Alpha Bank Romania announces the launch of Alpha Credit Card 100% online, with up to 12 interest-free instalments. „Individuals can now get Alpha Credit Card 100% online, from anywhere and anytime, without physical presence in the bank’s branches. The launch is part of an extensive process of digitisation of banking services offered by Alpha Bank.” – according to the press release.
In recent years, customers have been able to initiate a relationship with the bank through the digital platform, make deposits and access personal loans without having to be physically present in the branches.
„We are pleased to announce the launch of our new service, Alpha Credit Card 100% Online, which is an extension of our commitment to providing a convenient and efficient experience for prospective and existing Alpha Bank customers. The streamlined application process removes traditional barriers and will allow you to get a credit card from anywhere and anytime, while it is available in addition to the account opening and consumer credit application process 100% online”, said Daniela Udrea – Director of Cards Units, Alpha Bank Romania.
„The process of getting your shopping card involves going through a simple and quick online flow that takes up to 30 minutes. Only your ID card is required and personal and financial details are validated. The personalized credit card also allows customers to sign digitally the contract, which is sent via email. The card is delivered conveniently to your home by courier and the PIN code is sent by SMS.” – the bank explains.
Individuals who meet the eligibility requirements for the credit card applied for and do not already have a current account in LEI with Alpha Bank will receive the complete package, including current account in LEI, debit card and Alpha Online Banking.
Until 30 September 2024, for AlphaCard Visa Credit, Alpha Mastercard Credit and Mobexpert Credit Card, customers benefit from zero issuing and administration fees for the first year and all cards are delivered to their home by courier with zero delivery fee.
