CEC Bank launches mobile top-ups and gift voucher purchases directly in the bank’s app

CEC Bank is expanding the range of digital services available through its mobile banking application, with the launch of mobile prepaid top-ups and gift voucher purchases. The services are available in the Shop section of the CEC app, which can be accessed from the dashboard, via the home icon or from the app’s pre-login screen.

„The new services are designed to strengthen engagement among digitally active customers by encouraging regular app usage for both everyday transactions and leisure activities, providing direct access to relevant benefits and offers.” – according to the press release.

The mobile top-up service allows customers to quickly recharge prepaid mobile accounts with Orange, Vodafone and Digi. Two types of top-ups are available:

. Credit top-ups, with amounts ranging from €3 to €100;

. Top-ups with a selected plan, which include voice and mobile data benefits, depending on the offers available from the selected operator.

„The process is simple and fast, with the top-up amount debited directly from the account selected in the app.” – the bank said.

Gift vouchers can be purchased and managed through an extensive network of national and international partners covering retail, food and dining, lifestyle, travel, entertainment and wellness. „The solution enables customers to purchase vouchers through a centralized platform, offering a fast and flexible process, as well as the option to select voucher values or customize allocations according to each recipient’s needs. The vouchers offer extended validity periods and nationwide coverage.” – the bank explained.
