This month, ING Bank Romania is joining the global Visa+ service, through which you will be able to receive money directly to your Lei or Euro card using your phone number. „If you want to receive money more easily and without additional costs, from relatives or friends from the country or abroad, all you need to do is enroll the phone number associated with your preferred card in the Visa+ service, directly from Home’Bank, from the menu More → Agreements.” – the bank said.
How does it work?
After enrollment, you will be able to receive money into the account associated with the ING card enrolled in Visa+ based only on your phone number, without IBAN or other details, provided that the person sending you the money also has the Visa+ payment service available.
Enrollment is optional and you can activate or deactivate the service at any time, just as easily, directly from Home’Bank.
