NOCASH EVENTS is thrilled to announce the first edition of the Banking 4.0 Summer School, a game-changing program designed to equip seasoned professionals with the skills to thrive in the rapidly evolving financial landscape.

Get ready for one of the most exclusive and hands-on learning experiences in European fintech. The Banking 4.0 Summer School is now open for registration — offering just 30 select participants the chance to join a program inspired by MBA business case methodology.

Participants will tackle real-world fintech and banking challenges in teams, guided by top industry experts. If you want more than just theory — and prefer to learn by doing, debating, and presenting — this is the summer school to watch.

This isn’t your average conference: You will benefit from four days of intensive learning, networking, and inspiration. Discover all details on admission, curriculum, lecturers, and fees!

A Word from the Program Director, Nic Bălăceanu:

This program was born from the belief that we need more critical thinking and applied learning in fintech. Not just understanding trends, but pressure-testing ideas, debating trade-offs, and simulating boardroom-level decisions. If you’re serious about shaping the future of finance, we’ve built this summer school for you.

Why This Summer School? Because the Future of Banking is Here.

. AI, Blockchain, Open Banking: These aren’t just buzzwords. They’re reshaping the entire industry, change business models, consumer behaviors and the relationship between companies and their customers, decisively impacts the relevance of any institution in the future, even more so of the financial-banking ones.

. Skills Gap: Romania needs experts in digital assets, AI, and cybersecurity. We’re bridging that gap with a world-class program.

. Real-World Expertise: Learn from industry leaders, through practical case studies.

Walk away with:

. Enhanced Leadership Skills: Become a more effective manager, ready to anticipate future trends.

. Confidence in the Face of Change: Embrace new technologies and challenges with open arms.

. A New Perspective: See the banking world through a different lens and unlock untapped potential.

Banking 4.0 Summer School is a unique journey and personal development experience designed for professionals who want to become leaders in their fields and true agents of change within their organizations. There is no shortage of business or career opportunities either.” – said Sergiu Cone, NOCASH EVENTS General Manager and the organizer of the Summer School.

„Our promise is that participants will become more effective managers, ready to anticipate future business trends, thus preparing them to face tomorrow’s challenges with confidence. Eventually, they will see things from a different perspective and embrace change with more openness.” – Sergiu Cone added.

The Summer School will take place between June 10-13, at the Palace Hotel in Sinaia. 30 students are expected to attend the courses, people with at least 10 years of business experience, acquired in banks, NBFIs, fintechs, insurance companies or telecommunications companies, but not limited exclusively to these areas.
