Viva.com, the first Tech Bank in Europe for businesses, has rolled out support for BLIK 6-digit code payments on its Tap on Any Device technology, „enabling Polish merchants to accept, and software partners to embed one of the country’s most popular payment methods through a fully software-based checkout experience” – according to the press release. The rollout delivers a future-proof, locally relevant solution that seamlessly connects in-store and online commerce, enabling scale across sectors and European markets.
„Now available via the Viva.com Terminal app powering its leading Tap on Any Device technology, the new functionality allows BLIK 6-digit code payments to be accepted, quickly and securely, on any device – from smartphones and tablets to kiosks and vending machines.” – the company said.
This development builds on the strong market momentum of BLIK. As of Q3 2025, nearly 20 million users in Poland actively use BLIK. In the same quarter alone, 188.5 million payments were made at physical terminals using BLIK, averaging over 2 million in-store transactions per day, with a growing preference for secure, mobile-first payments.
“This launch is a major step forward for merchants and our ISV ecosystem,” said Yannis Kavaklis, Country Manager Poland for Viva.com. “By integrating BLIK 6-digit code acceptance into our Tap on Any Device platform – alongside all major international and domestic schemes – we give software partners the ability to deliver fully embedded, omnichannel payments without the constraints of hardware or multiple integrations. As BLIK continues to expand beyond Poland, Viva.com is ready to support that growth through our unified, pan-European infrastructure.”
“We are pleased to see another international partner recognize the strong potential of BLIK. By expanding our acceptance network and introducing innovative solutions like BLIK Code Payments for in-store checkout via Viva.com’s Tap on Any Device, we make payments simpler for consumers while providing merchants with a fast, flexible way to accept BLIK, without any additional hardware,” said Adam Kokoszkiewicz, Sales Department Director at BLIK.
