25 septembrie 2018

Bitwatt signed a contract with ICI Bucharest to adopt blockchain technology at government level. The announcement was made by Christian Hagmann, Chief Executive Officer, co-founder of Bittwatt Pte.Ltd.

„We have signed our partnership with ICI București – Institutul Național de Cercetare-Dezvoltare în Informatică towards deepening blockchain solutions at an institutional and governmental level. The partnership was negotiated by Marius Posa business developer East Europe and Bittwatt Co-founder, Christian Hagmann. Our cooperation will open up the space for blockchain implementation on the Romanian territory, as a reliable alternative for the existing processes.”

Registered in Singapore, Bittwatt is a matchmaking platform that connects all market players (from DSOs to consumers) and provides a standardized blockchain protocol for sharing relevant business information, all the while creating a decentralized service for energy supply, billing and balancing.

Mister. Hagmann comes to the International Fintech Conference Banking 4.0, being one of the invited experts in the blockchain technology panel. The conference is a one-day event, organized on Nov. 27 at Novotel Hotel in Bucharest. The other topics discussed by experts are related to emerging technologies that will change the banking industry in the years to come: Artificial Intelligence, Authentication, Biometrics, Cloud Computing, Conversational Economics, Cyber Security, Instant Payments and Machine Learning.

Mihai Draghici – CEO PayByFace

„Dupa ce oamenii creeaza un cont PayByFace si au adaugat cardul, selfi-ul si PIN-ul, si au avut un pic de curaj sa se duca sa incerce, daca au incercat o data plata prin recunoastere faciala nu mai folosesc altceva (n.r. ca modalitate de plata). 80% dintre ei numai asta folosesc. Le place la nebunie.”
