SIGNAL IDUNA and FlowX.AI automate group health policy administration for corporate clients

The solution targets ambitious operational outcomes, including a reduction of up to 70% in the manual effort associated with request processing and the automation of a significant proportion of the operational workflows specific to group policy administration.

SIGNAL IDUNA, the leader of the health insurance market in Romania, announces that it has selected FlowX.AI for large-scale deployment across critical business processes, with the first project being the implementation of an AI-powered solution for automating the administration of group health policies for corporate clients.
