N26 launches eSIM based local mobile plans, expanding its telecommunication offering in Spain

N26 announced the launch of N26 SIM in Spain, marking the company’s second local telecommunications market after Germany where it will offer its monthly mobile plans. Customers in Spain can now subscribe to a local mobile plan directly through the N26 app and gain instant access to Orange’s 5G network, all without the need for a physical SIM card.

Customers with compatible devices can activate their N26 SIM plan directly in the N26 app – without paperwork, waiting times, or a visit to a local telco store. N26’s local mobile plan comes with unlimited data, national calls and text messages, as well as 20 GB of free roaming within the EU and EEA* for the flat rate of €11.99 per month.

Customers who sign up before July 31, 2026 will be able to benefit from a limited introductory offer, paying just €9.99 per month for their first year using N26 SIM. Customers may choose between porting in an existing phone number, or getting a new number provided by N26. For maximum flexibility, customers can cancel their plan at any time, without having to worry about long fixed-term contracts or binding commitments.

eSIM technology also enables customers to switch between multiple numbers and active mobile plans on a single device, making it ideal for those who want to separate work and personal connections or stay flexible with traveling abroad.

N26 SIM is available to eligible customers*** in Spain with a personal or business N26 account, in collaboration with its connectivity partner, 1GLOBAL. The launch of N26 SIM builds on the introduction of N26 Travel eSIM in 2025, further expanding N26’s telecoms offering and helping customers stay connected at home and abroad.
