The 10,000+ servers composing the MultiversX network will soon have a new high-performance, secure and reliable option to run on Tencent Cloud’s infrastructure services. Tencent Cloud is also exploring to operate a validator node to contribute to MultiversX network security directly.
MultiversX (formerly Elrond) announces a strategic collaboration with Tencent Cloud, the cloud business of the world-renowned technology company Tencent. „Together, we will leverage the MultiversX blockchain and suite of products, to explore new paths toward value creation, within the Web3 and the Metaverse space.” – according to the press release.

The existing synergies between the two companies have been amplified by MultiversX’s unveiling of three strategic Metaverse products – xPortal, xFabric and xWorlds, and Tencent Cloud’s commitment to the Web3.0 world and the Metaverse space. The world-leading technology company will also be able to benefit from MultiversX’s solutions ranging from a no-code interface for deploying applications and even blockchains, to an intuitive gateway acting as bridge between worlds and an entire stack of Metaverse tools.
