Mobey Forum publishes m-wallet white paper

February 17, 2012 – Mobile financial services association Mobey Forum has published Control Points In Mobile Wallets, the second in a series of white papers exploring issues around the deployment of mobile wallet solutions. „If the mobile wallet is to develop to its full potential, it is important to understand how the mobile wallet landscape can be influenced and in particular how stakeholders can control one or more parts of the ecosystem,” says the association.

Banks and telcos to debate mobile financial future

Leading banks, telcos, device manufacturers and app developers will gather under one roof next month to debate the future of mobile banking and payments services at the first annual MobeyDay conference in Barcelona.

The one-day event on 21 March at CosmoCaixa in Barcelona brings together senior executives from across the mobile ecosystem to discuss the key issues, innovations and roadblocks to the mass-market deployment of mobile financial services.
