„Lady of Fintech 2017” in France is coming to Banking 4.0 to talk about using AI to optimise the performance of the assets

Adina Grigoriu, CEO and Cofounder of Active Asset Allocation, will attend the International Fintech Conference – Banking 4.0 that will be held at the Hotel Novotel Bucharest City Centre, on the 27th of November.

Elected Lady Of Fintech 2017 by the French competitiveness cluster Finance Innovation, Adina Grigoriu will take part in the Artificial Intelligence panel to talk about how algorithms are used to improve the investments decisions and to optimise the performance of the assets.

Adina Grigoriu has an actuarial degree and more than 18 years experience in different finance fields, quantitative modeling being one of them. Asset allocation specialist, she started her career as a derivatives trader. She then joined BNP Paribas AM where she was head of ALM. She joined in 2007 a spinoff of the EDHEC-Risk Institute to develop the Dynamic Core Satellite approach.

During her career, Mrs. Grigoriu advised numerous asset managers and institutional clients on designing and managing multi-asset portfolios, including hedge funds.

Now she is Co-founder and CEO of Active Asset Allocation (AAA), a FInSurTech that designs bespoke risk based allocation solutions & distribution tools. Since 2010, AAA has advised more that a billion euros with a proven track records.

„We have developed a digital platform that can be used by asset managers, banks (including retail) and distribution channels to distribute „goal based” financial products with a « mass customization » feature. We use different artificial intelligence algorithms in what we do.”, said Mrs. Grigoriu.

Nearly 30 experts from 7 different countries will hold presentations, panel discussions, demonstrations in the exhibition area, and workshops for six strategic themes of the digital transformation process: authentication, artificial intelligence, biometrics, blockchain, cybersecurity, and payments (instant and mobile).
