Klarna adds free unlimited mobile plan to app for UK Max members

Klarna announced that members on its Max tier can now sign up for an unlimited mobile phone plan in the Klarna app at no additional cost when switching over an existing number, „allowing them to save hundreds of pounds a year by replacing their existing SIM”.

Klarna Mobile comes with unlimited data, calls and texts, plus 20GB of monthly global roaming, and can be cancelled anytime, meaning it doesn’t need a 24-month commitment like many incumbents enforce.

Comparable unlimited 5G plans from the legacy UK networks cost about £40 a month, sometimes more. Klarna Max gives consumers much more — benefits worth £6,000 a year — for just £44.99.
