BCR isi invita clientii sa faca totul de acasa, folosind platforma George pentru „daily banking”. Se pare ca invitatia a fost acceptata.
Fata de luna februarie 2020, pe fluxul neasistat (SELF), BCR a inregistrat o crestere de peste 100% la deschiderea de conturi si de aproximativ 50% in ceea ce priveste contractarea unui credit.
De asemenea, conturile curente in valuta au crescut cu peste 60% in vreme ce platile prin Direct Debit au crescut cu 131%.
