CyberSecurity Day in Bucharest – for those who want to learn about the latest research, trends, technologies and best practice in terms of cyber challenges

27 octombrie 2014

With cyber attacks on the rise and an increased sofistication in targeted attacks and cyber espionage campaigns, it is highly important to learn how to identify and respond to weaknesses and prevent any attacks. CyberSecurity Day powered by UTI aims to become the main point of reference for cyber security specialists wanting to learn about the latest research, trends, technologies and best practice in terms of cyber challenges.

These threats are not restricted by geographical boundaries and are targeted at all technologies, hardware/software/service providers and users – consumers, the private and the public sector alike.

One in two CEOs is aware and concerned about the impact cyber risks can have to his business and most of them got their CIOs and CSOs closer to the executive level, recognizing their strategic importance. In order to safely run a business, to secure the core processes, YOU NEED TO KNOW CYBER.

The conference provides an opportunity to network with cybersecurity professionals, to share ideas and discuss the challenges facing the industry.

The sessions are chosen and presented by recognized international and Romanian experts in the field, with main focus on:
. Cybersecurity realm and risk impact – threat evolution and evaluation, and why is it relevant for business risk management;
. Preparing for the worst with the best technologies – layered defenses, what can you apply where, best practices;
. Intelligence driven security approach – why you need to change the way you think: from malware to adversaries;
. Coping with the challenge – using managed service providers and CSIRT/CERTs as import of expertise, focus efficiencies, and aligment of competencies.

CyberSecurityDay is an event included in the ENISA’s cyber security month series organized by Evensys on October 29 at Intercontinental Hotel starting with 09.00.

In plus, cardul fizic se va dematerializa. Vom asista la o scădere a cererii pentru cardurile fizice, respectiv la o creştere a preferinţei pentru componenta digitală a acestora.”
