Cambrist launches Treasury-as-a-Service (TaaS) solution for payment card issuers, processors and programme managers

Cambrist’s TaaS solution provides card operations and finance teams with an advanced set of back-office tools to drive improved efficiency and increased value for payment card programmes.

„Cambrist’s TaaS solution automates the daily reconciliation of complex card scheme data (both clearing and settlement) and optimizes the scheme settlement for single currency or multi-currency card programmes.” – according to the press release.

One of the biggest challenges in payment card operations and treasury management is ensuring that back-office operations and finance teams can readily reconcile and account for all daily activity (debits, credits, fees, exceptions, etc) in a reliable & consistent way. This challenge is compounded by the fact that card data is often sourced from multiple partners, including different payment processors and card schemes, which means that integrating these data sets into a single, unified view each day can be challenging, especially when dealing with large volumes.
