BCR va investi 50 mil. euro in perioada 2018-2020 pentru modernizarea retelei si deschideri de unitati „cashless”
Sucursalele de tip DAC ( Dynamic Advisory Concept) si cele cashless sunt pariurile BCR in perioada urmatoare. Astfel, vor fi deschise 7 sucursale noi de tip DAC, iar 58 vor fi modernizate pentru a respecta aceste criterii.
In ceea ce priveste sucursalele cashless, concept introdus in 2017, Dana Demetrian, vicepresedintele BCR pe zona de retail, a declarat, in cadrul unei conferinte, ca pana la finalul anului BCR va avea 33 de astfel de unitati, urmand ca in 2018 numarul sucursalelor transformate dupa acest concept sa ajunga la 125.
Ea a adaugat ca BCR va testa multifunctionale cashless si in zona corporate, acolo unde este nevoie de procesarea unor volume mari. In cazul branch-urilor cashless pentru retail, in prezent, 99,9% dintre tranzactii se realizeaza la ATM-urile multifunctionale.
