InnovX: Scamy won the MagicMoon, the acceleration program dedicated to founders under 30

Scamy is the winning startup of MagicMoon, the acceleration program dedicated to founders under 30. As a spin-off of MoonShotX, powered by Raiffeisen Bank Romania and developed by InnovX, MagicMoon gives young founders the context that really matters: the chance to 𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 directly 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀, and understand how scaling actually works outside Romania.

This year’s selection journey was intense and inspiring: 𝟲𝟳𝟬 startups analyzed, 𝟭𝟯 teams selected to pitch at the Fast Track Day, 𝟭 winner. And that winner is Scamy. The company was founded by Apostolescu S., Gabriel Trăistaru, and Tiberiu Dumitru, with Ștefan presenting the winning pitch during the MagicMoon Fast Track Day.

A graduate of the Military Technical Academy, with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Cybersecurity, Ștefan has spent his career securing national defense and critical energy infrastructure. Through this work, he identified a growing blind spot in modern security: while organizations invest heavily in protection, individual users remain highly vulnerable to AI-powered scams.

That realization led to the creation of Scamy.io – AI-Powered Web Protection, an AI-driven defense layer designed to protect people from the new generation of digital fraud. The mission is clear: individuals should no longer be the weakest link in cybersecurity, but confident and protected online.
