Revolut will be launching its AI financial assistant soon, according to one of the fintech’s top executives. The firm is still experimenting with the technology, but „will go live shortly”, Francesca Carlesi, Revolut’s UK chief executive officer, said in a Bloomberg interview.
Revolut has said that using more AI tools to help customers with their finances is a key goal for 2025.
The move follows fellow UK neobank Starling’s launch last week of an AI banking tool to allow customers to ask questions about their spending.
Revolut’s AI financial assistant was outlined in a product map at the tail end of last year, but details are scant on what it will actually offer customers beyond guiding them towards smarter money habits and decision-making.
