Swedish Buy Now, Pay Later giant Klarna just filed its IPO prospectus on Friday and plans to go public on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol KLAR.
Klarna Group plc announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form F-1 (the “Registration Statement”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares. „The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.” – according to the press release. Klarna has applied to list its ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “KLAR.”
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint book-running managers; BofA Securities, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities, SOCIETE GENERALE and UBS Investment Bank will act as bookrunners; and BNP Paribas, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company, Nordea Bank Abp, Rothschild & Co, Wedbush Securities and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance will act as co-managers for the proposed offering.
The proposed offering will be made only by means of a prospectus, which forms a part of the Registration Statement. Copies of the Registration Statement and the preliminary prospectus included therein relating to the proposed offering, when available, may be obtained for free by visiting EDGAR on the SEC’s website at www.sec.gov.
