Garanti BBVA is launching the „E-Term Deposit” campaign, encouraging savings and the use of digital channels, by offering customers a 1% bonus on their deposited amount, up to 500 lei, for new fresh funds to the bank placed in deposits opened online. The campaign runs from February 17 to May 31, 2025, and is available to retail customers who open a new deposit in lei via Mobile Banking or Internet Banking.
Customers who open a new time deposit and bring fresh funds with the bank with amounts between 5,000 and 100,000 lei and a minimum 3-month maturity will receive a 1% bonus of the deposit value, granted upon maturity. Each customer can benefit from this bonus only once, for their first-time deposit opened during the campaign period.
The bonus will be credited directly to the customer’s main current account after the deposit reaches maturity, provided it remains active until the end of the term. Bonus payments will be made monthly, between the 1st and 15th of the following month, for deposits that have reached maturity.
