Mastercard Start Path – the list of newest companies that are joining the program

Mastercard today welcomes its newest wave of startups to its award-winning Start Path startup engagement program. 

Start Path’s newest cohort, which includes three earlier-stage startups that will receive customized programming for underrepresented founders in fintech, will tackle challenges and take advantage of opportunities across Mastercard’s ecosystem of digital transformation, biometrics, cybersecurity, small business, open banking and more.

The following companies are joining the program:

Athlytic (U.S.) is a fully integrated mobile platform that connects student athletes to brands, creating a pathway for collegiate-level athletes to monetize their name and likeness.

Bump (U.S.) is a fintech and AI-driven platform that provides mentorship and managed micro-advances to music artists and creators.

Disputify (Australia) helps merchants intelligently track, predict and prevent customer refund fraud.​

Episode Six (U.S.) enables financial institutions, fintech companies and other innovators to build new digital journeys that leverage real-time payment and value transfer — with any network, any system, any currency, anywhere in the world, using more than 550 APIs.​

Finch (U.S.) integrates the benefits of investing and the flexibility of checking into a seamless all-in-one account.

LAB Group (Australia) provides digital acquisition, identity verification and onboarding technology to financial services globally through its end-to-end standardized SaaS product (LABform), a fully compliant onboarding solution accessible to every reporting entity of any size.

Payface (Brazil) provides a biometric checkout for retailers, offering a touchless and faster experience for the customer.

Paypa Plane (Australia) provides a payment overlay solution for banks, allowing them to offer recurring, subscription, installment and scheduled payment management products to their small business clients.

Zirtue (U.S.) is a patent-pending relationship-based lending app that simplifies loans between friends and family with automatic monthly loan payments and the option to direct-pay creditors.​
