F.CODE, the most advanced second generation biometric card, has obtained full certification from both VISA and Mastercard. The F.CODE card complies with the most demanding performance and security criteria set by Visa and Mastercard for a secure, fast, and convenient payment experience.
„This challenge was achieved through radical integration of the discrete components into a single chip called the Bio-Secure Element, along with deep optimization of the biometry processing algorithms,” according to the press release.
„This design delivers a simpler and more efficient architecture without the need for an additional microcontroller, and enables faster transactions,” the company explains.
Market research shows that consumers are ready to embrace biometric payments: 76% of consumers are interested in using contactless for high value payments and 81% of consumers are ready to use their fingerprints to authenticate instead of PIN code*.
This second generation of F.CODE biometric payment card is available now, along with custom packaging and a full panel of enrollment solutions, whether at the bank branch with a tablet or at home with a small device called ‘sleeve’.
